HOW TO PREPARE VANUATU NOBLE KAVA USING THE MAGIC BALL SHAKER & KAVA STRAINER
WATCH THE VIDEO FOR SIMPLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

• Pop the magic ball into your Vanuatu Noble Kava shaker
• Fill to the 100ml mark with traditional grind kava powder
• Fill to 400ml mark with cold water
• Fill to 500ml mark with boiling water (Use less water for a stronger mix)
• Optional - Add a splash of milk for a more potent and milder tasting brew
• Shake vigorously for 1 minute letting the magic ball pummel and knead the kava
• Allow to brew for at least 10 minutes
• Shake vigorously for another minute
• Pour through the strainer and squeeze all of the liquid out using the back of a spoon until the kava is quite dry

Your kava is ready.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate before serving.

Drink the Kava quickly. Locally this is called ‘chugging’.

TIPS:
• Best consumed on an empty stomach.
• To increase effectiveness & improve flavour add a little milk, plant milk, milk powder or coconut oil to water before brewing.
• Use warm water - no hotter than 50ºC. Hot water kills the naturally occurring active ingredients (kavalactones).
• Kava can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.
• Drink the Kava quickly. Locally this is called ‘chugging’.
