HOW TO PREPARE VANUATU NOBLE INSTANT KAVA   

Kava Shots: Add 1 sachet to 50ml cool to warm water and stir until dissolved. 
Other ways to use instant kava: Add to your favourite beverage and stir. 

TIPS:
Best consumed on an empty stomach. 
Do not add to hot beverages - hot water kills the naturally occurring active ingredients (kavalactones).
Kava can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.

I quit alcohol in Feb 2021 but staying sober was hard.
