Kava contains naturally occurring active ingredients called Kavalactones.
These Kavalactones affect our autonomic
nervous system – the part of the central nervous system that regulate
involuntary body responses.
They do this via a neurotransmitter called GABA (GAMMA AMINOBUTERIC ACID) which is known for producing a calming effect by lessening the ability of the nerve cells to receive, create and send chemical messages to other nerve cells.
So, Kava works via GABA to slow down the nervous system and stimulate dopamine in the brain, replacing anxiety stress and fear with pleasure, satisfaction and simply feeling good.
Kava’s effectiveness depends on the ratio, quantity and quality of kavalactones present in the kava. I have been trialling various kava brands and I absolutely enjoy Vanuatu Noble. I originally started to get off alcohol and this really helps. The taste is definitely acquired but if you want to do something, like stopping the alcohol, you will do it. I feel relaxed and less tense and look forward to having it in the afternoon. Will be purchasing again !

Quick shipping, and the best kava by far of the half dozen or so brands I've tried.
First had Kava when I was in Fiji ,. Had it with some villages near Nadi. Spent 3 weeks there and in Tonga , had it regularly in Tonga. Was in the Australian Defence Force at the time , I felt it lowered my anxiety and mellowed me out . Saw you product and had to get back on the Kava again. I take it daily and it helps immensely with clarity , anxiety , relaxation and pain relief . I was Medically discharged from ARMY, and you product has really turned my life around .

Great chill euphoric kava, I’ve tried many kavas and it’s one of the most consistent smoothest and cleanest blends.
Excellent pain relief. Only a regular dose and lasts for 10 hours for me. Had the worst neck pain, kava traditional grind saved me because I couldn’t get myself out to see my physio the pain was so bad before. Its a great replacement for alcohol. If you want to stop drinking and stop craving a drink. A regular dose of kava is enough each day. Vanuatu Nobel Traditional Grind works best for me, I have tried a few now. It may be psychologically habit forming but is not addictive. There is no tolerance build up.

Great product. Yes all kava tastes pretty bad in my opinion. But it has a similar buzz to alcohol. Doesn’t have the stupefaction of it. There’s no hangover. It doesn’t make you fat. And there is some debate but may have no impact on your liver. And compared to drinking in a pub, it’s relatively cheap. I mix it with zero sugar sweet soda. Palatable that way.
