HOW TO PREPARE YOUR KAVA

Submerge Kava Bag in 400 - 500ml cool to warm water.

Knead the bag for 60 seconds. 

Soak / steep for 3-5 minutes. 

Squeeze the liquid out of the bag. 

Drink the Kava quickly. Locally this is called ‘chugging’. 
Enjoy the earthy taste and embrace the heavenly feel.

TIPS: 

• Kava is best consumed on an empty stomach. 
• To increase effectiveness use coconut water or add a little coconut oil.
