HOW TO PREPARE YOUR KAVA DRINK

Add Kava bag to 300 -500ml water, coconut water or favourite beverage to a cup, glass or shaker.

Squeeze, kneed, blend or shake for 1-2 mins. 

Allow to steep for 5 minute.
